How To Make Bacon And Egg Pie

Ingredients:
  • Savoury Puff Pastry (Enough to cover top, bottom, and edges of the tin)
  • Bacon (Enough to cover the bottom of the pie twice)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Equipment:
  • Small bowl
  • Fan bake oven
  • Knives
  • Fork
  • Baking Tin
  • Fan Bake Oven


Method:

  1. Cover the bottom and the edges of your baking tin with your pastry.
  2. Chop up your bacon into medium sized pieces.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pie with the bacon.
  4. In a small bowl, beat your eggs with some salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the eggs over the bottom of the pie.
  6. Make another layer of bacon.
  7. Now cover the pie with another layer of pastry.
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees fan bake.
  9. Enjoy!
