Ingredients:
- Savoury Puff Pastry (Enough to cover top, bottom, and edges of the tin)
- Bacon (Enough to cover the bottom of the pie twice)
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
Equipment:
- Small bowl
- Fan bake oven
- Knives
- Fork
- Baking Tin
- Fan Bake Oven
Method:
- Cover the bottom and the edges of your baking tin with your pastry.
- Chop up your bacon into medium sized pieces.
- Cover the bottom of the pie with the bacon.
- In a small bowl, beat your eggs with some salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs over the bottom of the pie.
- Make another layer of bacon.
- Now cover the pie with another layer of pastry.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees fan bake.
