- Have regular brain breaks.
- Drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
- Eat brain food.
- Have a positive mindset.
- Get a good nights sleep.
- Have plenty of energy.
- Be in a good mood.
- Challenge yourself.
- Keep trying.
- Having imagination.
- Stimulate your brain.
- Be comfortable.
All of these things are very important to grow a strong brain.
