Equipment:
- Pot (with a lid)
- Stove
- Colliander
Ingredients:
- Pasta (any kind)
- Water
- Dressings/Flavourings
Method:
- Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil on high heat. Put the lid on the pot so that it will boil faster.
- Put your pasta in the pot, and turn the element down to a medium heat. Make sure that all of the pasta is covered by water.
- Leave to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
- Use any dressing/flavouring you like to flavour your pasta. A good combination is a teaspoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of basil pesto and plenty of cheese. Or you could try a pinch of salt, a few tablespoons of parmesan and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
