Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
2 cups of chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
125 grams of butter
½ t of salt
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
2 t of vanilla extract
1 t of baking soda
2 t of hot water

Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius on fan bake.
- Cream together the butter and the sugars until smooth. Beat the eggs in one by one, and then add the vanilla.
- In another bowl, dissolve the baking soda in two teaspoons of hot water. Add the baking soda mixture to the batter.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon the mixture onto a greased tray, and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for about ten minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges of the cookies are slightly browned.
